Responsibilities:
• Execution of field strategies, policies and initiatives to achieve Region forecast and support achievement of Region and National objectives.
• Analysis of Region and Divisions potential and application of data to maximize results and sales growth.
• Management and leadership of Division Managers and Zone Managers teams, providing effective training, development, motivation and support at all levels.
• Effective communication at all levels of the company.
• Promotion of staff development, talent management and succession planning.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience on National* Divisional* Regional Sales Manager’s positions, preferably in direct selling business.
• Comparable managerial experience in middle-sized, fast-growing, international business in Ukraine
• Team leader abilities; able to initiate, motivate & develop as well as care about key personnel
• Able to take full responsibility for P&L of the country’s business
• Presentation & public speaking skills
• Fluent English
• Fluent Ukrainian is desirable
• Higher education, preferably in finance* economy* management.
• Highly developed communication & negotiation skills.
• Highly developed analytical and sales planning & forecasting skills.
• Experience in budget planning and control.
• Advanced PC user - Excel and PP in particular.
• High level of presentation skills.
• Experience in People management.
• Driving license, driving experience and willingness to travel
