RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing and executing strategy of brands in the Ukrainian market
• Collecting and analyzing of all relevant market information concerning brands (market shares, consumer attitudes, brand awareness*usage, competitors’ activities)
• Advertising, promoting launching brands to the Ukrainian consumers
• Preparing a yearly and long term marketing plan for the brands in Ukraine
• Representing brands towards the Advertising Agency and Media Agency, implementing with them all necessary advertising actions
• Controlling and making reports on the marketing budget status of brands according to marketing plans monthly
• Recommending price strategy for products*brands
REQUIREMENTS:
• Marketing or economics higher education
• 3-4 years in marketing, at least 2 at the position of brand manager with a multinational company
• Fluent in English
• Good with numbers, good understanding of strategic marketing
• Open-minded, proactive, goal oriented, strategic thinker, good communication and presentation skills, good project management skills
